“We all go through struggles in our avenues of life; whether it be marital, codependency, addictions, fear, anxiety, depression, weight loss, loneliness, or child custody. “I meet you right where you are!” God’s word guides each of us through each avenue of life. I have clients who are not open to talking about God yet and some who have questions about God. This is a great place to share in a non-judgmental environment as we journey to the destination of peace recovery philosophy. “If you’re going through a difficult time in relationships, having weight issues or struggling with sadness, loneliness, or anxiety, please know there is hope and answers in your avenue of life. My client range is individual, marriage and family. “I specialize in Marriage and Family issues as well as the individual needs of daily life struggles. My approach includes the Bible, narrative therapy, cognitive based therapy, and solution based therapy.”

I counsel people intentionally focusing on what is happening in each person’s life. It is important to understand and cater to each individual’s needs and what they are going through. Counseling for me, stems from Isaiah 61, where God’s heart is to set the captive free, to comfort those who mourn, and to bind up the brokenhearted. Counseling means being the hands and feet of Jesus, helping others navigate through life, and seeing victory over the defeat. I primarily focus on premarital, marital, and individual counseling. Previously, I worked with a group that does substance abuse counseling, anger management, and domestic abuse counseling. This past year, my main focus has been substance abuse counseling.
